Sleepover Essentials

Sleepover essentials

Hi guys, how are you? Recently my friend invited me to stay at her place for a weekend. To be honest with you, I can’t remember when was a last time I stayed at friend’s place. I realised that packing sleepover essentials for the night with your friend is so much different from when you stay with a boyfriend. Knowing that my friend is a beauty product freak, I haven’t taken any skin care or decorative products with me. I thought I would just take 3 sleepover essentials and have some fun!

Pillow is very important for me! If you limit me to taking only 1 thing for a sleepover, I’d take a pillow. Only when sleeping on my own pillow I feel comfy and calm. Remember that probably your friend and you will want to make a ton of #cute #selfie’s for Instagram. Make the right, not boring choice!

T-shirt is crucial! I remember the days when I lived in Kiev, Ukraine. My friend would come for a sleepover 2-3 times a month. She would take all her clothes off the second she stepped in the flat. Her sleepover go to outfit would consist of  loose/boyfriend t-shirt and nice pants. You know, you can’t set restrictions when it comes to a personal style!

When somebody says: “Hi Yuliya, I’m in your area, do you want me to pop-in for a tea and a little chit-chat?” I always say: “Sure!”. And then I wait at home and hope that the person will bring something yammy to compliment a cup of tea 🙂 Therefore, when you pack your sleepover essentials don’t forget to pack something cute, tasty and girly. Your friend will be very happy and grateful!

So these are my sleepover essentials. Let me know in the comments below what are yours?!  You may also like to read my review on Bumble and Bumble Repair Blow Dry.

Having your own pillow is definitely helpful! You don’t think it’s necessary but it helps provide comfort and recognition of being at home while away.

      Hi Brooke,
Absolutely! It gives you a feel that you are at home – cosy and save. Sometimes it’s always good to have pyjama or your favourite toy!
Do you stay at your friend’s place often?
