Shift Dress Outfit
Hi guys! Last couple of days in London were very worm and pleasant. thanks to sunny weather, I was very inspired to create this summer outfit for you featuring one of my favourite dresses – orange shift dress. Earlier, in my A-line skirt outfit I’ve already mentioned that ruffled details is one of the main summer 2015 fashion trends. At that points, I haven’t even realised how much ruffles I had in my wardrobe – skirts, blouses and even shoes! I find ruffled details romantic, stylish and quite flirty 🙂
For today’s outfit I’ve decided to go for a very stylish (*and comfortable) high heeled sandals by Dorothy Perkins. Thanks to inclined shape of orange and black laces, my legs look longer and sleeker. The perfect match for this sandals was a black cross-body bag also by Dorothy Perkins. I know that some people don’t like to match bag and shoes, but I still tend to do so. I feel that this way I’m able to achieve more elegant and minimalistic look. Do you like to match shoes and bags by colour?
As always I didn’t go for a lot of accessories. This black and silver velvet ball necklace from Cos seems to compliment my shift dress outfit perfectly. Earlier I haven’t experimented with black and orange combination a lot, but I really like how these two colours look together. I will definitely try to create some more outfits in this colour scheme. My today’s hair and make-up are very natural. As you already know, I prefer natural/nude looks for summer days.
Today I’m wearing:
