I always had sleeping problems, needed hours to be able to fall asleep. Now I managed to cure that insomnia, by sleeping less hours and trying to exhaust my body during the day, by doing sports. Now I fall asleep like a baby and have enough hours to get a good rest.

Thanks for your advices for healthy sleeping!

I’ve been suffering from Insomnia my whole life because of genetic anemia. Seriously, my parents always had a hard time putting me to sleep when I was a child. A healthy diet and taking iron supplements is what helps me 🙂

    Thanks for sharing your tips!
I totally agree with the bedroom setup. We don’t have a tv in our room and I rarely just hang out in there. My body knows when I go lay on the bed, it is rest time!

These are really helpful tips. It’s terrifying how common insomnia is and in many cases caused by stress of everyday’s fast pace life. I try to stick to the same routine as I had some sleepless nights in the past especially when I was stressed doing my exams. xx

I hear ya! I need to get checked out to see if I have sleep apnea because I am never well rested. I feel like it’s prevented me from being at my best and reaching for opportunities when all I want to do is sleep more. Getting quality sleep is so important for your mental and physical health.
